We are proud of our inclusive concept and offer a specialized program for individuals with intellectual disabilities, focusing on what is possible and providing space for personal growth and development.

1. Discovery Atelier: Creative and Cultural Workshops

Our weekly workshops take you on an inspiring journey through art and culture.

• When: Every Monday and Tuesday.

• What: Painting, textile art, crafts, and cultural themes like international art history and folklore.

• Who: Open to everyone, including individuals with disabilities.

• Support: Small groups (maximum of 5 participants) with 2 experienced guides.

These sessions encourage creativity, personal growth, and social interaction in a safe and welcoming environment.
 

2. Day Programs in an Inspiring Learning Environment

At Fana!, you can gain valuable work experience in:

• Atelier Boutique: Customer service, packing, and presenting products.

• Webshop: Photography, preparing and shipping orders.

• Coffee Corner: Hospitality training by serving drinks and attending to customers.

• Flexible Workspaces: Maintaining and organizing our work areas.

• Creative Workshops: Collaborating on art and cultural projects.

Day programs are available from just one half-day per week (four hours), offering flexible participation in our activities.
 

3. After-School Care with Extra Support

A warm, supportive space for children and teens requiring additional care (S(B)O and VSO).

• When: From the end of the school day until 6:00 PM.

• What: Relaxing, exploring creativity, and learning new skills.

• Additional Focus: Personal attention and building self-confidence.

Available from one half-day per week, providing relief for parents and caregivers while children thrive in a safe and trusted environment.
 

4. Weekend Stay Program

Enjoy a fun-filled weekend at a holiday park in the Kempen region, featuring sports, creative, and culinary activities.

• Duration: Friday 4:00 PM to Sunday 4:00 PM.

• Group Size: Maximum of 4 participants with 2 caregivers (always 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 guidance).

• Carefully Tailored: Groups are matched based on age, interests, and developmental level.

These weekends offer participants enjoyment and new experiences while giving caregivers a chance to recharge.

When Can You Join Us

You can join Fana! Extra Care if you have been assigned day activities through the Youth Act, the Social Support Act (WMO), or the Long-Term Care Act (WLZ). At Fana! we encourage you to discover and develop your talents and support you every step of the way.
